Milk sucks.

Ooh, you know what?

Milk is bad for you.

It may actually cause osteoporosis, not prevent it, because of the high protein content in it that leaches the calcium from your body.

Also, it may be contaminated by cow's blood, pus, hormones and other horrid stuff.

The environment is also affected by the milking process - energy and water is wasted and animal waste pollutes water. And how much waste does one dairy cow produce a day? About as much as 24 human beings.

And most importantly, the cows are suffering for this.
