Shirley Manson's got an anti-fur ad on PETA! So many people I look up to are pro-PETA, it's so amazing!

I think there isn't really any vegetarian food in school. Well, there are hash browns, fries, red bean paus, fruit and occasionally soup, but that's a pretty limited array, isn't it? It's gotten really boring but I haven't gone back to meat and I consider this a huge achievement. At home my grandma's been cooking brown rice for extra nutrients along with meat-less dishes and tofu. Sometimes she doesn't fully understand the concept of being vegetarian and offers me hotdogs or fish or cod liver oil(ack!) 'since i'm not eating meat'. I've been declining all these and although I do feel kind of guilty, I think I'd rather be guilty of not wanting meat than of eating horribly mistreated animals.

I wonder if I should suggest opening a vegetarian/vegan stall in the school canteen?
