Hello.

Today I was generally more hyper than usual. I don't know why the sudden rise in energy level, but it felt good.

School was bearable thanks to two free periods, one of which wasn't actually free but Sharifah and I considered it free anyhow. We resisted doing anything at all.

Assembly was entertaining. We had the finals of the public speaking competition and the speakers were pretty good although I did not like this girl who made some shitty speech about choosing humans as friends over elephants. Like, what the fuck right. I will not criticise her performance in terms of speaking and grammar and all that shit la, because it's not as if I went up there and spoke right, but the topic - uhh stupid much?

She said something about preferring to befriend a human over an elephant because there wouldn't be hunters trying to shoot your friends for their ivory tusks. Like, isn't ivory banned or something already? There was a whole other shitload of dumb points('getting earwax all over your face cos you tried to whisper into the elephant's ear'? 'elephants live in zoos'? who the fuck put them there in the first place?!) that got me so freaking pissed and I shall not rant anymore, but I seriously hate it when people put down other animals. Not as if an elephant would want you as a friend either.

Thank whatever higher force up there for sending this other girl to speak out against animal testing, because that instantly made me happy. Love you long time, woman(whom I don't actually know but still love regardless of that). Kudos on getting third!

Anyway, I just finished plotting with Syadza. We haven't exactly devised the perfect plan yet, but no worries, we'll continue tomorrow. We're actually wondering how the heck to get her out of the house on Saturday. Her parents and my parents = exact opposites.

Tonight I shall sleep early.
