Hey.

Today five hours was spent slinking around the empty house challenging myself to finish this book called Not Like You. I finished the book 60 minutes ago. I should be satisfied, but I just can't shake off the feeling of emptiness I'd contracted from the last few chapters of this story.

This book is one of the three I borrowed on Thursday.. which happens to be yesterday. Feels like a lifetime ago. I hate how spending hours on a good book can put you in a frame of mind like this, all lost and achey and desperate to find a final chapter to the final chapter. I hate how I need time to get my bearings. To learn that this is real life.

But good books are adventures. You sort of get pulled into the story, and everything you read is played out like a movie. Certain scenes or perhaps snippets of dialogue beg to be rewinded over and over again, and you do just that. I love these little paragraphs of wonderful, but I can't help getting ultra antsy for the next bit. The endings are always a little disappointing, because that's when it hits you that it's over.

Sigh.

Tomorrow's Khairin's birthday. I just sent her a super long birthday message through e-mail cos of certain phone issues. *Coughprepaidsuckscough* and another problem but only she knows.

So yeah..

I'll leave it at this.

Byebye.

Oh, I didn't blog about yesterday(or Thursday since it's 1 AM on Saturday now) at the library, but let's just say the librarian was funny.
