Moon my man.

Hey.

I just realised that I've been a veggie for a good 5 months and 3 days in total! I should celebrate, although I don't really know how. I never even noticed it's been this long already. Sure, I remember taking note of the first 'monthsary' and perhaps the second or third, but the next two months just breezed past me unnoticed. It feels like such an accomplishment to have come this far. I hope I will continue to be a happy, healthy, animal flesh-free person for as long as I live.

I know a friend of my mom's who was a vegetarian for four whole years. It seemed that towards the end of her vegetarian days, she started craving for the famously finger lickin' good Kentucky Fried Chicken. I guess that since I never even liked KFC in the first place, it isn't really gonna affect me. Still, I am slightly daunted by the fact that even after many years of sticking to this diet, I may feel too overwhelmed and give in.

I don't feel that fast food cravings really interfere with this vegetarianism - the only fast food I probably can't live without is fries. McDonald's over-salted, scrumptiously addictive golden brown fries to be precise. It's not as if I eat it very often, but when I do, I seriously enjoy the shit out of myself.

I just finished chatting with Khairin on the phone. I think we spent more than an hour yakking about our lives, and perhaps a little about others' as well heheheh. We have decided to grace East Coast Park with our presence tomorrow and cycle, along with Su and Liyana. The latter is one of our clique-mates from primary school and I've got really fond memories involving us three.. I've never met Su, who's Khairin's friend from her secondary school, but I'm excited to spend the day with her too! I really am looking forward to some sun, cycling tracks and painful groins with some of the coolest people ever!

Bye.

Oh, and I know the photo up there is far from relevant, but I like it too much to not put it there. Especially on a day where every post has started with a photo.
