Strawberry Sizzle.

Hello.

I'm feeling really tired and headache-ish today. Yesterday I went to Bali Lane with my family to go see Auntie Ning's new cafe cum boutique called Heaven Scene(or something like that). It's not exactly new, just that she very recently moved to Bali Lane after her not-so-successful stint in Golden Landmark. I guess it really depends on the location, you know, because yesterday she had quite a few customers within two hours or so.

Anyway, the new shop is so spacious compared to the old one, which although small, felt really intimate. Auntie Ning put up a cozy little tent in one corner of the shop for ladies only and last night Evan shook some booty/belly for us. She belly-dances so well!

We took a walk through Haji Lane before going off for dinner at Banquet. I haven't been there in such a long time. I remember when we used to dine around the area rather frequently.. Sometimes we ate at Arab Street, sometimes at Haji Lane itself. That was before I became vegetarian though; I remember the meat kebabs and chicken soto.. And the shisha! I always ended up in a coughing fit but it was exciting to be breathing out smoke. Hahaha loser.

Last night I felt out of place strolling between the two rows of shop-houses with dimly-lit corridors filled with dining, shisha-smoking noisy young people. It was probably because I was like, the only really young person there. I don't know.

I wanna blog about Friday but I'll do it in another post, so goodbye.
