shoot up the station

Okay it's been almost a week since I updated this space. It's just been really busy you see. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday were NPCC days. Wednesday was a lepak all day affair. Yesterday was a visit to Al-maarif then Haji Laneeeee with Khairin, and today was a whole day out shopping. :D

NPCC this week has been thoroughly enjoyable for the most part. Monday was spent at school practicing our skit and repairing our fairy wing souvenirs for the sec 4 farewell. We went to ECP after that to collect sand for Tuesday's CIP campfire. Oh yes and it rained that day. So we were scooping up wet sand while police searched for a boy's missing body in the water. I don't really need to say this but the atmosphere was just morbid.

Tuesday's campfire! It was... kinda awkward, but still fun. We taught hearing-impaired Canossa School students campfire songs. Their principal is our ex-VP Ms Terry. The kids there are soooo cute! And very normal just in case you're wondering. There was this really cute primary two boy. Cute here refers to both little boy cute and omg *melts* cute. Hahahah I sound so pedo. But seriously!! We chased that P2 boy for a picture before we left the school after the campfire. At first only Marissa and I were in it, but then everyone else saw and wanted in too. Tsk tsk, only 8 years old and already has older girls fangirling over him. And there were so many other cute kids there aiyoyo!

Thursday. Sec 4 farewell. Pretty awesome. Medieval Times. Canteen turned into this insanely amazing castle-ish dining hall. Our skit went better than expected though I still can't act for nuts. Kudos to Perseus!!! And I'm gonna miss Ohana! :(

Yesterday's trip my primary school with Khairin was nostalgic. And sorta weird when people stared at us and stuff. But we met our ex classmates and talked and then played captain's ball upstairs. We also saw some old teachers. Haiz. K then Khairin and I went to Haji Lane after that. Modparade had this sale. Everything at 5/10/15/20 bucks. So we went, and I bought this white lace top I wore with a camisole today. Noob, yeap, but that's me :) Anyway, I like it! I bought an elephant necklace too at Bussorah Street And I feel so :D about it. Khairin and I wanted to get henna done, but we asked around and found out that no one offered that in the area. We had prata!

Today my mom's cousin's friend from Brunei came over to my place. She gave me this really painful massage, told me my fortune, had lunch, and then my mom and I took her out to Bugis. We went around Bugis Street. I bought a ten dollar tee. She bought a shitload of earrings and some other stuff. After that we went to Bali Lane for tea and then we walked to Sungei Road. Okay and here's the best part. I bought another pair of jeans. And they're also very very awesome. You know how I got so excited over my 25 dollar jeans? Well these jeans fit even better, are more stretchy and super comfortable. And they cost. THREE MOTHERFUCKING BUCKS. YES.

I got these retro sunglasses for like 2 bucks there too. Uh huh.

I ♥ Sungei Road.

I shall go to bed all blissful now.
