Hello.

I have been listening to The Shins all day and I think I may be developing an obsession for their song New Slang.


Campcraft training is over for now. That's both a good thing and a bad thing for me because even though I've got the last two weeks of holidays freed up, my fitness level's gonna go downdowndown unless I do something about it. And if I decide not to do anything about it, then I am gonna be in a lot of pain when training resumes along with school. It's still a welcome break though, especially for my hands. I have a cut on my right index finger from Tuesday, I think. I scraped it against a metal peg I was trying to knock down with the mallet. And at one point I remember seeing like this light brown stuff that looked kinda soggy on the peg head, but I thought it was just dried grass at first so I kept hitting, and two seconds later I realised my finger hurt and I was bleeding. I almost cried. LOL. Thinking about pounding something which had my freshly ripped off skin on it makes me nauseous. I will stop talking about this.

I want to go out soon. I've been thinking about visiting this little vegetarian cafe I found with my mom while we were walking from Sungei Road to Serangoon. I just hope either one of us remembers exactly where it was.
